  1. aliensandpredators: spoonyriffic: Alien (1979) This is one of my favorite moments in movie history, ever. Mainly because of how it was shot. There’s no suspenseful, dramatic music, and no arty closeups - it’s just Kane writhing on the table and screaming, everyone holding him down, and then bam - the chestburster tears through his chest, and all you hear is Lambert screaming, and it makes me jump every time, and I’m just gonna shut up now. Yep
